Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use CoinLaunch.

1. Who we are and what we provide

CoinLaunch ("we", "us") provides technical token-launch services: an AI-assisted configuration tool, a pricing quote, guidance, and verification of blockchain transactions that you approve yourself in your own wallet. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

3. Non-custodial by design

We never ask for, receive or store your private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases. Every blockchain transaction is prepared for you and must be approved in your own wallet. Liquidity and network fees are paid from your wallet, not to us. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible.

4. Fees and payment

Our service fee depends on the package and add-ons you select and is shown in your quote before you pay. Your quote separates (a) the CoinLaunch service fee, (b) the liquidity you choose to provide, and (c) estimated third-party network fees. Network fee figures are estimates and can change. Prices are calculated by our systems, not by the AI assistant.

5. No guarantees

Creating a token does not guarantee value, liquidity, trading activity, profits or adoption. We do not promise trading volume, price appreciation or any outcome. AI-generated text may be inaccurate; please review everything before you approve a transaction.

6. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your token's purpose, name, branding, distribution, marketing and for complying with all laws that apply to you, including securities, consumer protection, tax, sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules. You must not use CoinLaunch for fraud, impersonation, infringement of others' rights or to mislead buyers.

7. Third-party services

Launches depend on third parties such as wallets, blockchain networks, RPC providers, payment processors and decentralised exchanges. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, fees or changes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fee you paid for the affected launch. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, market losses or losses caused by blockchain events outside our control.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page. Questions: support@coinlaunch.online.
