Market risk
Most newly created tokens have little or no trading activity. Prices are volatile and can fall to zero. Providing liquidity can lead to losses, including impermanent loss and inability to withdraw at the price you expect.
Technical and blockchain risk
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Mistakes in addresses, amounts or settings cannot be undone. Networks can be congested or go down, fees can spike, and smart contracts or tools can contain bugs. Revoking authorities is permanent.
Regulatory and legal risk
Tokens may be regulated as securities or other instruments in some places. You are responsible for your token's purpose, distribution and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Do not launch a token that makes promises of profit or returns.
Security risk
Never share your private key or recovery phrase with anyone, including CoinLaunch. Beware of scams, fake support and phishing. We only ask you to approve transactions inside your own wallet.
AI limitations
The assistant can misunderstand you or make mistakes. It does not set prices and does not give financial, legal or tax advice. Always review the launch summary and your wallet prompts.
Costs
Your quote shows our service fee, your liquidity and estimated network fees separately. Network fees are set by the blockchain and can differ from estimates.
