Service fee
Our service fee covers configuration, guidance and verification work. If you have paid and we have not yet started the on-chain steps of your launch (no transaction has been prepared), you can request a full refund of the service fee within 14 days of payment.
After the launch has started
Once transactions have been prepared or submitted, the service has been delivered in part and the service fee is generally not refundable, except where we failed to deliver what the package describes because of a fault on our side. In that case we will refund the affected part or fix the problem.
What we cannot refund
Blockchain network fees, account rent and any liquidity you added are paid to the network, the DEX or your own pool from your own wallet. We do not receive these amounts and cannot refund them.
How to ask
Open a ticket from your dashboard (Support) or email support@coinlaunch.online with your launch ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (card) or, for crypto payments, to the wallet that paid, minus network fees.
