What we collect
Account data: name, email address and a securely hashed password. Launch data: the token details you enter, your chat with the assistant, uploaded logos, and the public wallet address you connect. Payment data: payment status and references. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers. Technical data: IP address, browser type and security logs.
What we never collect
We never ask for or store private keys, seed phrases or recovery phrases. If you paste something that looks like one into the chat, we discard it.
How we use it
To provide and secure the service, verify payments and transactions, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Public wallet addresses and token details are, by nature, visible on public blockchains.
AI processing
When AI features are enabled, your chat messages are sent to Google's Gemini API to extract token details and generate replies. Do not include personal or secret information in the chat.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that operate the platform (hosting, email, payment processing, AI provider, blockchain RPC), and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
We keep account and launch records while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@coinlaunch.online. On-chain data cannot be deleted.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies.
